Trying to create a workflow to remove the automated association created when a ticket is created, but I’m not seeing available options when building my workflow.
ex: this ticket was created under my company MetaSource.
Based on certain criteria, I’d like to remove this association & instead auto-populate it with another company’s name.
When I choose the remove association option on my workflow, it doesn’t allow me to select anything in the “existing label” section.
The ticket clearly has a company labeled as Primary, so I’m super confused. Any thoughts?
