How does lifecycle stage sync work? (Update the lifecycle stage of a contact when the lifecycle stage of their primary company changes. Note: this setting doesn’t apply when a company moves backwards in your process.)
I activated the sync action. However, I have companies with lifecycle stage=customer, but the contact’s lifecycle stage is opportunity. I don’t know what I am missing?
