We purchased a Marketing Starter Package for one user but later cancelled it, since we didn’t want to buy it for all users, since we received a warning that the admin function would be removed from all non-paying users.
Now that the paid month has ended and we are no longer paying, we’ve lost access to everything. We can’t even add new leads, and there is currently no admin in our account.
Previously, we used HubSpot for more than a year on the free plan with multiple users and had no issues. How can we regain access and restore admin rights?
