Hi everyone, I need some clarification regarding HubSpot’s Social Media Analytics versus the native platform’s analytics.
For the date range November 1, 2025 to November 27, 2025, HubSpot shows:
- Interactions on X (Twitter): 3,719
(HubSpot counts interactions as Likes + Replies)
But when I check Twitter/X’s native analytics for the same date range, I see:
- Likes: 6,044
- Replies: 369
These numbers are significantly higher than what HubSpot reports.
Why is there such a big difference between HubSpot’s interaction metrics and the actual analytics from the platform itself?
