Hello, so yesterday I messaged an agent if it is possible to have access to the content (video, podcast) since it has a red arrow, meaning I can’t have access. To my surprise, she agreed to the free trial since I am in the Academy practice mode. A five-day free access because I told her I will be going for the Hub Content certification, and I need it for the exercises.
But there was a problem, I had a developer-test-portal trial !!
She asks if to end it…. I asked a question: Is it going to affect my second account? She was not sure, told me to ask the community. I came to the community and asked the question; the answer was NO. By then, our chat had ended because it took a long time to get an answer.
THE SECOND AGENT
Got the second agent from the AI , she went aheard to grate me access. But …. THREE Days…. not Five days…. THREE DAYS…. Right now it’s 2 days leaf, from last night…. Now guess what happened!!!
My 78 days Academy Practice trial that was leaf…… was cut off to 3 days, like up there it’s written 3 trial left ….. she cut me off my 78 days academy mode. WHY?? I can’t explain …. NO agents has been able to since morning.
Please, i have a long way to go with some other certification course… If this is a big ideal… I will forfeit the Hub content certification. please, kindly help back to my 78 days plan
