Hi all, I see some conversation on a post from 2021 that HubSpot does not control if calls come up as SPAM. However, our connection rates have dropped significantly and we tested this further. Any calls made from the HubSpot outbound dialer are being marked as SPAM. Any calls made from a direct cell phone or even Google phone (not connected via HubSpot) does not register as SPAM. The downside of direct calls is now AEs/SDRs are having to manually log calls, and the calls will not be recorded. How are you getting around this issue?
