Hi. I am currently struggling to connect BetterWorld (our donation platform) to Hubspot. We have the integration set up complete, with BetterWorld automatically moving contacts to Hubspot but not deals. According to the integration settings, BetterWorld has permission to move donations to deals. Still, it isn’t happening. I can’t determine if this is an issue with our Hubspot set up or an issue with BetterWorld.
Has anybody had any success integrating with BetterWorld?
