Hi everyone 👋
I’m wondering if anyone has faced a similar situation with HubSpot workflows.

In my company (real estate), each user (our property finders) manages a portfolio of clients. We’ve set up workflows that trigger automatically when an agent hasn’t interacted with a client for a certain amount of time this helps to keep communication active and avoid clients being left unattended.

The issue is that when an agent goes on vacation, these workflows still trigger as if the agent had “abandoned” their clients… when in reality, they’re just away.

So here’s my question: Beyond this specific case, I think it would be really useful if we could store more information directly on users through user properties (like vacation status, availability, specialization, etc.). That would open up many possibilities for automation and organization.

Thanks in advance for your insights 🙏

Hi everyone 👋I’m wondering if anyone has faced a similar situation with HubSpot workflows. In my company (real estate), each user (our property finders) manages a portfolio of clients. 👉 Is there a way to indicate at the user level that someone is on vacation, so workflows linked to that user won’t trigger during their absence?

For example, through a custom user property like “On vacation = Yes” that could be used as a workflow condition.
