Specifically, when a customer replies to an existing ticket, our \u201ccustomer replied\u201d workflow sends an internal email alert to our team.<\/P><P>What I can\u2019t figure out is how to include the <STRONG>actual text of the latest email reply<\/STRONG> inside that internal notification email.
