{"id":2059,"date":"2025-12-17T11:49:44","date_gmt":"2025-12-17T12:49:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gogetmuscle.com\/?p=2059"},"modified":"2025-12-17T17:43:18","modified_gmt":"2025-12-17T17:43:18","slug":"realtime-sync-between-sheet-%e2%86%94-hubspot-missing-record-ids-auto-create-companies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/gogetmuscle.com\/index.php\/2025\/12\/17\/realtime-sync-between-sheet-%e2%86%94-hubspot-missing-record-ids-auto-create-companies\/","title":{"rendered":"Realtime sync between Sheet \u2194 HubSpot (missing Record IDs + auto-create companies)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><P class=\"\">We have an ICP company list in a Google Sheet that we want to keep in real-time sync with HubSpot, both ways.<\/P><P class=\"\">\u00a0<\/P><P class=\"\"><STRONG>Current setup \/ what works<\/STRONG><\/P><UL><LI><P class=\"\">We use Coefficient to sync.<\/P><\/LI><LI><P class=\"\">For companies that are already marked as ICP in HubSpot, it works well:<\/P><UL><LI><P class=\"\">We did a one-time export from HubSpot \u2192 Sheet to get the <SPAN class=\"\">HubSpot Company Record ID<\/SPAN> into the sheet.<\/P><\/LI><LI><P class=\"\">With that Record ID present, we can continuously update fields from Sheet \u2192 HubSpot.<\/P><\/LI><LI>Updates from Hubspot\u00a0\u2192 Sheets are done with the native Sheets integration via workflows.\u00a0<\/LI><\/UL><P>\u00a0<\/P><\/LI><\/UL><P class=\"\"><STRONG>The problem<\/STRONG><\/P><P class=\"\">In the sheet, an automation can change a company\u2019s status so that it becomes an ICP based on certain conditions.
