The docs say its an option to enable\/disable. I think I want it on but, I cant find where to toggle this option.<\/P>

Do I need to migrate my app from a legacy app to a project app for this to work? I have tried using the install urls from within the dev portal and also clicking on my existing marketplace link, and I dont get the step=auth or returnUrl parameters so am unable to test this.<\/P>
