I entered all the required information, but the <STRONG>\u201cAdd User\u201d<\/STRONG> button remains greyed out, even after filling in all fields.<\/P><P>\u00a0<\/P><P>I\u2019ve tried using different browsers (Chrome and Edge) and cleared the cache, but no luck so far.<\/P><P>\u00a0<\/P><P>Has anyone experienced this before or know what might be causing it?
