Now we are on the free tools.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>We\u2019re experiencing the following issue: <STRONG>we cannot create a new product in the Product Library<\/STRONG>, because the creation form contains a required system field:<\/P><br \/>\n<BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<P>\u201cEnter your product\u2019s flat-rate unit price.\u201d (Required)<\/P><br \/>\n<\/BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<P>This field is currently <STRONG>disabled (greyed out)<\/STRONG>, so we cannot type any value into it, but HubSpot still requires it to be filled in order to save the product.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>What we\u2019ve already done:<\/P><br \/>\n<UL><br \/>\n<LI>In <STRONG>Settings \u2192 Account defaults \u2192 Currency<\/STRONG> we can&#8217;t archive other currency and left only one Company currency.<\/LI><br \/>\n<LI>In <STRONG>Settings \u2192 Properties \u2192 Product properties<\/STRONG> we created our own numeric price property (currency format) and added it to the product creation form.<\/LI><br \/>\n<LI>The form shows our custom price field and we can fill it in, but we still cannot save the product, because the system \u201cflat-rate unit price\u201d field is empty and disabled.<\/LI><br \/>\n<\/UL><br \/>\n<P>It looks like a legacy \/ bug from the previous multicurrency setup after the downgrade: the system field remained Required, but became non-editable.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>We kindly ask you to:<\/P><br \/>\n<OL><br \/>\n<LI><STRONG>Either re-enable this system field so that we can manually enter a value<\/STRONG>,<\/LI><br \/>\n<LI><STRONG>Or remove its Required status \/ remove it from the product creation form<\/STRONG>, so we can rely on our own custom price property.<\/LI><br \/>\n<\/OL><br \/>\n<P>Portal ID: [ID]<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Happy to provide screenshot.<\/P><br \/>\n<P><span class=\"lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline\" style=\"width: 999px\"><img src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" role=\"button\" title=\"Screen 2026-01-21 \u043e 12.29.10.jpg\" alt=\"Screen 2026-01-21 \u043e 12.29.10.jpg\" class=\"lazyload\" data-src=\"http:\/\/gogetmuscle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/large-5\"><\/span><\/P><br \/>\n<P>Thank you!<BR \/><BR \/><EM>For information, the HubSpot Community is a public space.
