Payments can now be directly associated with tickets. You can add the payments card to a ticket view and manually associate payments with tickets.<\/P>

When a payment is associated with a ticket, you can take payment actions, like refunding or reissuing receipts, directly from the ticket, without leaving it.<\/P>

  1. Add the payments card to the ticket record sidebar by following the steps to customize an object record\u00a0<\/SPAN>in this article<\/a>.<\/LI>

  2. Navigate to an existing ticket.<\/LI>
    \n
  3. Find the payments card and click “Add”.<\/LI>
    \n
  4. Choose a payment to associate with the ticket and click “Save”. Multiple payments may be associated with a ticket.<\/LI>
