Hi everyone,<\/P>

I\u2019ve run into an issue with the\u00a0<\/SPAN>Now in sequence<\/STRONG>\u00a0<\/SPAN>contact property and wanted to check if this is expected behavior or if I\u2019m missing something.<\/P>

I\u2019m trying to filter contacts that are\u00a0<\/SPAN>not currently in a sequence<\/STRONG>. My assumption was that using the filter:<\/P>

  • Now in sequence is equal to FALSE<\/STRONG><\/LI><\/UL>

    would return:<\/P>

    1. Contacts that are explicitly not currently in a sequence,\u00a0<\/SPAN>and<\/STRONG><\/LI>
    2. Contacts that have\u00a0<\/SPAN>never been enrolled<\/STRONG>\u00a0<\/SPAN>in any sequence (i.e. where the property is unknown\/not set).<\/LI><\/OL>

      However, what I\u2019m seeing is that this filter only returns contacts where the property is explicitly set to\u00a0<\/SPAN>false<\/EM>. Contacts that have never been in any sequence (unknown value for \u201cNow in sequence\u201d) are\u00a0<\/SPAN>not<\/STRONG>\u00a0<\/SPAN>included in the results. For other properties Hubspot offers the checkbox for including records with unknown value \u2013 unfortunately not in this case.<\/P>

      1. My questions:
        <\/STRONG>Is a checkbox planned to be added to that property?<\/LI>
      2. How are you solving that issue without complex filter logic (filter group and OR-logic)?<\/LI><\/OL>
