However, our connection rates have dropped significantly and we tested this further. Any calls made from the HubSpot outbound dialer are being marked as SPAM. Any calls made from a direct cell phone or even Google phone (not connected via HubSpot) does not register as SPAM. The downside of direct calls is now AEs\/SDRs are having to manually log calls, and the calls will not be recorded.
