| Product 2
| Accessory Z

- Restriction of Access to Products: Today we can only restrict whether the user can or cannot access the product catalog. However, for companies that work with many products in their catalogs and have sales segmented by region, where certain products cannot be sold to regions A and B, this current function of restricting the product is ineffective. In many sales-focused CRMs, you can assign specific teams access to specific line items. For example, if I have two product lines, one that I can sell exclusively in Europe and another exclusively in Asia, my sales team that operates in Europe would only be able to see the products they have been given permission to access, and the same would happen with the sales team that serves Asia. For me, as the account administrator, I will continue to have a single product catalog with all the products listed there; however, I would be able to restrict access to certain products for certain teams.

- Restriction of budget templates by pipeline: Another feature that exists in other CRMs and we don’t have in HubSpot is linking one or more budget templates to specific pipelines. In a company with a very large sales team, you may sometimes have more than one budget template to meet the various needs of the team. However, today all active budgets are available for use in any pipeline without any restrictions, and this is a problem because for companies that have more than 2 budget models with usage rules, it can lead to issues with the sales team when using the wrong budget model.

- Card Associations: Another problem that I notice does not occur in other CRMs is related to card associations. When you create a ticket or a deal and associate it with a company, by default it should only allow adding data already associated with that company, for example, contacts. Today in Hubspot, we have access to the entire contact database, and this is a problem for the sales team, as it ends up confusing them and making them stop to search for the email of the person already associated with that company. It would be more practical for HubSpot to show only the data already associated with that record by default in the search. When we need to manually associate a company and search for the company within that object, that’s another problem.
Today, the only search terms are the company’s name and the website. For many companies around the world, there are fields created as identifiers for the company’s registration precisely to avoid duplication. In some countries, the tax identifier of the company in the country is used (as it is a unique and non-transferable code), while others end up customizing this identification method. The question is, should it be possible on the screen to associate companies with records, to have the option to edit or filter which properties of the company’s registration I want to search for?
There are other features I could list, but then the text would get too long.
I thank everyone who read this, and let’s create a positive chain so that Hubspot provides us with basic and simple functionalities that any other lesser-known CRM already offers.

Disappointment with HubspotHello everyone, I would like a bit of your attention to discuss some issues that have been bothering me a bit regarding Hubspot in recent years. All of us Hubspot users can mostly do a good job using it, as the features they provide help a lot in our daily tasks. However, over time, I […]

[14
