we recently switched from a general HubSpot trial<\/STRONG><\/SPAN> to a paid Marketing Hub Professional<\/STRONG><\/SPAN> license.<\/P> \u00a0<\/P> Since then, <\/SPAN>emails in our workflows are no longer being sent<\/STRONG>. The error message shown is:<\/SPAN><\/P> \u00a0<\/P> \u00a0<\/P> No changes to the workflows or emails.<\/P><\/LI> Contacts are created via the API<\/STRONG><\/SPAN> (unchanged from before).<\/P><\/LI> Emails were sending fine during the trial period \u2014 the issue started immediately after the upgrade.<\/P><\/LI><\/UL> During the trial, all contacts were treated as marketing contacts<\/STRONG><\/SPAN> by default. Now that we\u2019re on a paid plan, HubSpot enforces the marketing contact limit<\/STRONG><\/SPAN>, and blocks sends to contacts not explicitly marked as marketing.<\/P> \u00a0<\/P> Is this the expected behavior after switching from trial to paid?<\/P><\/LI> How can I ensure new contacts created via API are set as marketing contacts<\/STRONG><\/SPAN>?
