This inbox receives marketing emails from various suppliers which then get created as a ticket and assigned to a support team.<\/P><P>\u00a0<\/P><P>Is there a way to prevent these kinds of emails from creating tickets or am I better off blocking specific email addresses or asking them to unsubscribe from these emails?
