We recently started using Hubspot and we bought Customer Starter Platform license to utilize all the sales/marketing/operations features. Basically our Sales Team will export the prospect data from Apollo.io and import in Hubspot contact, send out bulk emails as part of cold outreach process. Recently I have noticed that my card has been charged for increase in Marketing contact limits multiple times.
So just trying to understand – what is the difference between Marketing and non-marketing contacts. With the version of hubspot we purchased how can we allow our Sales team to send out cold outreach emails in bulk for non-marketing contact?
I just don’t want to get charged for every import we do from Apollo.io. Main reason we choose Hubspot is for cold emails(with tracking) and cold calling using the OOTB Dialer. Could someone help me with this to understand better and what is the next best action?
