I’m trying to figure out the best way to sync multiple contact names (e.g. Champions or Economic Buyers) into a single-line text property on the Deal object, ideally separated by commas like:
John Doe, Jane Smith,
So far, I’ve tried the Property Sync field type, but it only allows one record (e.g. most recently created or first associated contact).
I’m aware that this might be possible using custom code actions, but before going down that route, I wanted to ask:
Has anyone found a way to dynamically collect multiple associated contact names into one text field on the Deal object using HubSpot native features (workflows, custom properties, or Property Sync)?
Any insights or creative workarounds would be super appreciated!
