In the last few weeks, very very very often, when creating a new company in HubSpot, I have entered the new company domain and HubSpot has failed to automatically load what I believe is referred to as Public Data. This is MASSIVELY helpful and saves me hours of work. For over 18 months it worked beutifully. Now is does not. I do understand what a domain is and I know it does not include any http // : www. stuff. The public data flooded into the record I was creatiing, as soon as I entered the domain, but now it does not. I did not even have to hit the create button. Can you tell that I am unhappy that its not working. I just checked and my colleague says that for him, sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. If anyone has any suggestions I would welcome them. Thank you. Mike
