Progressive Forms and Users Can’t Move Past First Page

Hello,

Has anyone had an issue with a progressive form where users can’t go past the first page? We think it’s an isolated issues cause we’re getting a decent number of leads but have had a handful of complaints where people say they can’t click to the next step. Probably a browser or network issue for the user?

If you have had this happen what kind of backup have you provided? We were thinking of adding a link to a separate page saying “if this page does not work, enter here”.
