Mission & market fit



Our mission was shaped by experience. I spent years in senior leadership roles, watching talented people miss results—not because they weren’t capable, but because their managers hadn’t been equipped to lead effectively. That’s where the E3 Leadership Code was born: Express, Engage, Execute, powered by emotional intelligence. We validated the market by listening to CEOs, HR leaders, and managers who all faced the same problem: strategy fails at the point of execution if leaders aren’t prepared. Our framework meets that need head-on.



Challenges & wins



The biggest challenge? Shifting the mindset that “soft skills” are optional. They aren’t—emotional intelligence is the multiplier of performance. My proudest moment was watching an executive team we coached transform from individual contributors to a cohesive unit that drove measurable business results, increased retention, improved customer outcomes, and fostered a stronger culture. That’s proof the mission works.



Founder insight



I wish I had known earlier how important it is to give away value before asking for anything in return. Sharing tools, frameworks, and practical insights without strings attached has built trust and opened doors faster than any sales pitch ever could.



Culture & creativity



Creativity comes from curiosity. I block time to read, reflect, and connect with other founders and leaders outside my own industry. With my team, we keep the entrepreneurial spark alive by experimenting—whether that’s piloting a new Bootcamp format or testing fresh content. We celebrate iteration, not perfection.



Looking ahead



Our top goals for next year are threefold:




  1. Expand our E3 Leadership Bootcamp to reach more leaders at scale.




  2. Build our Leadership Development as a Service model to help organizations continuously grow their managers.




  3. Finish and publish my book, giving leaders everywhere the tools to unlock the top 8% edge.
