Hi – can’t seem to find any details but wonder how we can manage duplicates from D365.
It seems HubSpot will only sync one record when there’s dupes, which is fine but just wondering how best to handle when they get merged on d365. Currently for us, in d365 1 record will get set to inactive, if this happens to be the record that was synced to HubSpot then we end up with the wrong record in the system (the other record will have all of the latest CRM info)
