I can’t delete aa template that is stuck in the sequence that has been created under a Sales Hub trial and I don’t have access to it anymore -> can’t remove template from the sequence -> can’t delete the template.
I don’t know what to do and I was totally dismissed chating with the HubSpot help person (not the bot!). Shocking!
What to do?
