How can I edit my AI ad? Is there any tool that comes with a built-in editor?

I have just started creating AI UGC ads and I am enjoying the process, but now I’m stuck at the editing stage. I want to make my AI-generated ads more engaging, but I’m not sure which tool to use.

I’m looking for an AI platform that already has a built-in editor where I can easily add captions, images, video clips, or audio. Something simple and beginner-friendly would be great since I’m still learning.

If you know any tools that let you quickly edit AI ads, please share your recommendations. Any tips would really help me out!
