I’ve been testing HubSpot triggers in n8n and ran into something confusing.
In a YouTube tutorial I watched, the author showed that the HubSpot Trigger’s test webhook URL worked even when the workflow was turned OFF.
I tried the same setup on my n8n instance: workflow is OFF, using the test URL from the HubSpot Trigger node, but it doesn’t receive any events when I create a new contact in HubSpot.
Is it actually possible for the HubSpot Trigger’s test URL to work while the workflow is OFF, or should the workflow always be ON to receive events?
