Hi,
I created a HubSpot developer account via the “Create developer account” flow,
and I can log in to a HubSpot portal successfully.
However, I cannot find any UI for creating a public app
(no “Apps” list or “Create app” button).
Inside the portal, the “Develop” section looks like a normal HubSpot portal
with developer features, rather than the developer account UI
where public (OAuth) apps can be created.
My question is:
Is there any additional step required to enable the public app (OAuth) creation UI
for a developer account?
Or is there a specific type of developer portal that must be provisioned
to access the Apps screen?
I’m trying to test the standard OAuth authorization flow
(authorization code → access/refresh token).
