Unfortunately, and to be honest the CRM looks very complicated making me think to find another CRM.. theres, contacts, leads and deals and this is making a big confusion..
I want leads coming from Facebook ads to go directly and automatically to the pipeline so the sales rep can call and put the client in the right stage
but the obligation to make a deal, and it’s hard to select and send contacts to one sales pipeline makes every thing get mixed..
a lot of details on the contact, all I want is name, number email if available and the form they submitted on the Facebook ad…
this is all before we even start to set the automatic messages according to every stage..
Ill be very glad if I can find a video or a simple method to set things and find a clear workflow to follow..
