Automatically dd Youtube link to Blog post

I am scheduling youtube posts through hubspot, and I need to schedule corresponding blog posts for release simultaneously.  The problem is that links to Youtube videos are not available until they are actually posted.  Is there a way where I can have hubspot automatically populate the corresponding youtube video link and/or embed code in my blog posts?
