Hi everyone,
A customer needs to bulk disassociate contacts from a company that is currently set as their primary associated company. The company has gone bankrupt, but we want to keep both the contact and company records intact, only remove the association.
What’s the best way to bulk remove the contact ↔ company association (specifically the primary association)?
I tried the workflow action Remove association labels, but it only shows custom labels (e.g., Billing account, Secondary) and does not allow selecting the default Primary association.
Any guidance is appreciated, thanks!
