Hi! I have a workflow built out to include a Branch. The flow should go as follows:
Workflow 1, Email #3 > Branch
– If click on Link A, they go to Workflow 2
-If click on Link B, they go to Workflow 3
– If none met, they stay in Workflow 1
If a contact clicks on either Link A or B, they should effectively be removed from Workflow 1. But for some reason, they are still enrolled in Workflow 1 and Workflow 2/3 (they clicked both links). Can anyone advise on what I might be missing here?
