My account is showing “You’ve reached your 1,000 contact limit. Create more contacts with Starter Customer Platform.” but I can clearly see I’m still only at 966 contacts.
I also only have 1 user and it’s not allowing me to add the 2nd free user until I upgrade to starter as well.
I am unable to get help to see what is wrong on my account since I am on free plan. I have cleared cache and tried on igcognito, but error is not going away. Need help so I can add the addtional free user, as I only have 1 on the account.
