We’re looking to cap how many companies a sales rep can actively prospect at one time to drive better focus and ensure fair lead distribution as our sales team scales.
We haven’t found a native HubSpot way to limit the number of companies per rep, which feels like a pretty common requirement.
Has anyone solved this?
Workflows, Ops Hub, custom objects, external tools, or creative workarounds all welcome!
(Current setup = ownership is at company level. Reps can assign themselves to any company in their territory, companies automatically get unassigned based on lack of activity)
