Need to accept terms to consent to share, but there is no option to.

I am trying to consent to share my Inbound Marketing exam score, but there is a banner at the top of the screen telling me I need to “accept the terms” despite there being no option to do so. I have tried already switching browsers, clearing cache, and going into incognito mode. None of the solutions worked. If someone could look into this, I would be deeply appreciative.
