I had a question around HubSpot’s Documents tool and automation possibilities. Is it possible to build workflows or automations based on document engagement, such as:
- A contact viewing a document
- A document being opened multiple times
- Triggering a follow-up task when someone views a specific document
- Sending an automated email after a document is accessed
Basically, I’m wondering if HubSpot Documents can be used as a workflow trigger.
