I’m trying to set up a simple 30-day follow-up system in HubSpot, but I’m running into limitations with workflows and property calculations.
What I want to achieve is:
When a contact becomes active, a Follow-Up Date is set to 30 days from today.
When that date arrives, a task is created to check in with the client.
The Follow-Up Date then automatically updates to another 30 days later, so the process repeats indefinitely.
Essentially I want a rolling follow-up date so that every 30 days I’m prompted to check in with the client.
