Make Task Owner, the Contact Owner

I am trying to find a way to make the contact owner, the person who is assigned a task to that contact. When we got started on HubSpot, our contact owner sections were not clear. I tried to export all open tasks, but it wouldn’t line up with the contacts name when I tried to import it.
