Hi everyone,
I’m facing an issue where, previously, contacts created through our Squarespace form submissions were automatically assigned a “New” “Lead status” in HubSpot. However, someone on my team recently changed this setting, and now all new submissions are being labeled as “Spam” instead.
I need assistance in reverting this change so that new form submissions from our Squarespace site are once again assigned the “New” under “Lead status” by default.
Does anyone know how to restore this setting in our account?
