My team needs to suppress unengaged contacts who haven’t opened an email in 90 days to help with removing a Gmail block. Although we can do this by adding suppression lists, it would be great to have the option to edit the criteria for the Unengaged Contacts checkbox since this is turned on by default for all marketing sends.
Currently the criteria is limited to only contacts who:
- Never engaged with a marketing email from you and hasn’t engaged with the last 11 emails you’ve sent them.
- Previously engaged with one of your marketing emails but haven’t engaged with the last 16 emails you’ve sent them.
It would be very beneficial to be able to edit this criteria for our own needs. Please consider adding this option!
