Account level is blocking me from completing course

I’m taking the Hubspot Admin certification course. There’s a practical exercise where you create a team in Hubspot that I can’t complete due to being on a free tier of Hubspot. How can I pass this section and get my certification? Can I get the Hubspot Admin certification without upgrading my plan?
