Is it possible to set up a Company Property which is a date that automatically updates every 12 months so long as the company has a Deal in a certain stage or otherwise a Company Property equal to a certain value?
With the way our business works it’s very rare that a Company has more than 1 Deal and we need deals to stay in the salesperson’s name, plus our Account Managers prefer using the CRM > Companies view and Company Properties to manage the client.
Therefore, we have a “Contract Expiry” Company Property that is currently manual input. I would like to make it automatic so that it adds 12 months the day after the expiry date so long as there’s a Deal in Stage Closed/Won or a Company Property titled “Status” equals “Active”. How would I set this up considering we have Operations Hub?
