I am experiencing significant issues with the Aircall integration since recent updates to its interface. Previously, we could call directly from the HubSpot integrated Aircall app in the same window, which provided a seamless user experience. However, the recent changes have introduced several challenges:
Configuration Requirements: Now, additional options need to be enabled in the settings before we can make calls.
New Window for Calls: When initiating a call, a new window opens. If we click on anything outside this window, it disappears.
Bulk Calling Workflow Disruption: The most critical issue arises when trying to complete tasks involving bulk calling. Previously, this process worked perfectly. Now, each time we move to a new task, we have to search for the calling window again and click “dial” manually, adding unnecessary steps and frustration.
These changes have significantly impacted our workflow and the overall user experience. It would be great if you could review these issues and consider reverting to the previous functionality or implementing improvements to address these pain points
