Allow Scheduled Emails to Be Used in Lists and Workflows Before They Are Sent

It would be helpful to allow scheduled (but not yet sent) emails to be used when building lists and workflows.

Use case:
I have an email scheduled to send on Monday at 9 AM EST. I want to set up a workflow so that if someone clicks on a link in that email, a task is automatically created for two of my team members.

Ideally, this workflow would be ready to go before the email is sent—so that when someone engages with the email, the task is triggered immediately.

However, I’m currently unable to create the workflow because the email hasn’t been sent yet. It would be great to have the ability to build and publish workflows using scheduled emails ahead of time.
