I deleted some records and stages 14 hours ago and these can not be retrieved. Im told by the freeware support person that I must have deleted them over 90 days ago. I did not. The documented instructions state that the records can be retrieved within 90 days. This is not correct, The documented instructions also state that the DEAL views are independant and a new view with changes will not impact the original view. This is also incorrect.
