Issue with Availability Settings in HubSpot Meetings (Free Version)

Hello HubSpot Community,

I’m currently using the free version of HubSpot and I’m facing an issue with my meeting availability. My working hours are 9 AM to 5 PM (Paris time), but when I try to set up my availability, the system only allows bookings from 3 PM to midnight.

I’ve already checked the following:

  • My Google Calendar is synchronized with HubSpot.

  • The time zone in my HubSpot account is set to Paris (CET/CEST).

  • My Google Calendar is also set to Paris time.

Despite these settings, the HubSpot Meetings tool is showing incorrect available hours, which is confusing with the booking times.

Does anyone know if there’s a specific setting I’m missing in the free version, or if this is a known issue?
