I’m very new to using this community so I’ll try to be as detailed as possible.
I am using the free version of hubspot and circleloop.
I had intergrated them, the only thing that didn’t work was I could not press call from hubspot for it to dial out, I had to copy and paste the number into circleloop. (I’m unsure if this action is blocked because I’m not using paid features)
Yesterday hubspot has stopped putting the call and recordings onto the activity page for my contacts. The recordings are there and visible in Circleloop, I’ve not changed any settings – everything aside “create a task for missed calls” is ticked. Previously, when I made a call, it would be present on the activity page saying I had called, how long the call was and the recording with it.
I spoke to the live chat who advised uninstalling, I have done this and intergrated again but there’s been no change.
Would you be able to advise me on how I might be able to resolve this? Thanks in advance,
