Curious if anyone has any suggestions on tech stacks.
Our organization reaches out to our clients’ employee to assist them when support is needed. It is a service call, not a sales call, and I would describe it as nearly always “one-and-done.” Right now we use the base hubspot version and tie in 8×8 for calling, which also includes an sms feature. We are trying to find a solution that is more inegrated with hubspot so a different program does not need to be opened to make the calls, calls are recorded to “calls” versus “tickets” and sms can be included in the same interface.
We also do mass sms messages to our clients’ employees once or twice a year which we use textedly for. If we could find one service to do it all that would be the best!
Let me know if you have any suggestions on where to look.
(note, hubspot seems like they can do it with their services but the cost seems like it will be 10x what we pay today)
