Certificate and course no longer showing up.

Hello. I just completed the SEO Marketing course and passed the exam about 20 minutes ago, but my certificate is not loading. In fact, the entire course has dissapeared entirley from my dashboard and your website. I have had several issues with me not recieving my certificate after passing the course, so I am getting very frusterated with your site. The course I just completed today is not even there anymore. Please advise and let me know how I can recieve the certificate that I earned.
